Redpoint customer WGBH to accept Gartner and 1to1 Media Customer Experience Excellence Award

On Sept. 9 at the Summit, Redpoint customer Cate Twohill, senior director and managing partner of CRM services at WGBH, will share how the public broadcasting organization mastered omnichannel migration. Twohill will be accepting the Gartner and 1to1 Media Customer Experience Excellence Award on behalf of WGBH, for which the organization was a Silver winner in the Innovation in Customer Acquisition category.
