The latest Forrester Wave compares nine vendors’ corporate strategies, market presence and current offerings. Those offerings include campaign design and execution, cross-channel integration, interaction management, optimization, architecture, and analytics and reporting. Only vendors that support digital and at least three offline channels, offer an on-premises option and focus on the enterprise were included in the report.
