Data integration, as it is identified in this report, refers to “capabilities applied within data integration processes and architectures, in support of both data consolidation for analytics and operational application integration.” “This capability has an ever increasing value as companies begin the journey of building data lakes where they need to integrate first party and third party data from across the enterprise,” said Renner.

The final list of vendors included in the report consists of 18 companies who qualified because, among other criteria, they maintain an installed base of at least 100 customers, from more than one region, for their data quality products.
