Wellesley Hills, Mass. – Oct. 15, 2014 – Redpoint Global Inc. (www.redpointglobal.com), the data management and digital marketing software company, today announced a partnership with data marketing firm ALC to replace SAP’s ETL and Data Quality tools and provide ALC’s clients with Redpoint’s more agile and cost-effective Data Management solution. Through this partnership, ALC’s customers are better able to access and manipulate traditional and unstructured data in real time to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
ALC is dedicated to providing clients with the ability to improve profitability through innovative gathering, enhancement, integration and use of data. The company helps clients use this data to maximize the value of both current and prospective customers, particularly in affluent segments.
Partnering with Redpoint Global has enabled ALC to effectively clean this data and ensure maximum profitability upon its implementation. Redpoint Data Management enables ALC to tie in quickly and cost-effectively with other resources for in-line integration of operations, such as National Change of Address (NCOA) processing. In the end, ALC customers will receive targeted, standardized, parsed and de-duped lists for email campaigns thanks to Redpoint’s data management capabilities.
“ALC chose Redpoint for its proven data management capabilities, ease of use and its ability to automate functions. Redpoint’s point, click, drag-and-drop interface gave us a more efficient way of working with data so we could more easily provide solutions that help our clients maximize the value of their customers,” said Kurt Alfi, production manager for ALC’s DataCentrix division. “Redpoint enables us to systematically automate and simplify our data processing operations and be assured that the data we are providing is completely cleansed and immediately actionable.”
Redpoint’s data management solution, which replaced an SAP installation, will offer ALC the ability to expand the types of third-party data it processes for customers to include real-time and Big Data. ALC’s customers can now fully leverage the power and scalability of Big Data without needing advanced coding and technical skills to do so.
“What sets Redpoint apart is its ability to deliver ultimate data quality and easily-managed insights for marketers,” commented George Corugedo, chief technology officer at Redpoint. “ALC can now provide the ability to understand consumer segments down to the individual level and communicate effectively in real time through any channel necessary. We see ALC’s segments as highly influential in our society today, making the ability to accurately and effectively communicate with these consumer groups all the more significant.”
