Redpoint Real-Time Training

The Redpoint Real-time (RT) Training Class is a two half-day course that will cover the basic components of using Redpoint Real-time within a Redpoint Interaction (RPI) implementation. As this is an open course, we will focus on learning the concepts using the V-Lab Training environment with generic retail data to include a demo website. Additional topics will be covered as time allows.

Included with Training Class: 

• • Access to On-Demand content for Redpoint Real-Time until a week after class
  • Access to a virtual environment (V-Lab) to practice the concepts of the product

Class Requirements:

• Completion of On-Demand Realtime Communications Workshop is a pre-requisite to attending the live class
• Working knowledge of Redpoint Interaction (RPI) – especially Rules and Assets
• Please test firewalls prior to class start to ensure that a Zoom meeting will be able to be reached through your PC
